Not able to download Burp Suite pro

I can't download the pro edition of Burp Suite; when I click the download button, it just says it's downloading, but nothing happens. Is there anyone who can assist me with this issue?

Hi, We are not aware of any issues with the download process (indeed, I can successfully download Burp Professional on a non-portswigger network). Do you have the ability to use different browsers when attempting to carry out the download? Is it possible that you have some kind of restriction in place with regards to the types of file you can download?

I had the same problem i was trying to download it from firefox when i changed the browser to chromium it downloaded successfully

Hi Varun, Again, we are not aware of any general issues with the download process. Have you tried using a different browser to perform the download? Do you have any restrictions in terms of the file types that you are able to download?

I'm also having the same issue. Perhaps it's an issue with chrome, or an extension. Modifying the link provided previously works. https://portswigger.net/burp/releases/startdownload?product=pro&version=2022.5.1&type=Linux

Same here with Edge or Chrome. Also went with modifying the link: https://portswigger.net/burp/releases/startdownload?product=pro&version=2022.8.2&type=Windowsx64
