Not able to access labs

The moment I click on Access the lab button, the page changes but the lab does not open. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, Are you able to send us an email at support@portswigger.net with a screenshot of what you are seeing when you click the Access the lab button? In addition, are you able to tell us what browser you are using to access the labs? Does this happen for all labs or just one in particular?

It's with every lab . And I am not able to put screenshot here. But what I see is a page selling products rather than lab.

Hi Anukriti, That sounds like the lab environment is successfully loading. Each lab is based on an e-commerce site and requires you to work out the vulnerability that is contained within. If you are stuck then each lab does come with a written solution for you to follow.
