Hi, Thank you for your message. Burp Suite Enterprise Edition does not restrict external connections, so if you can access the web console locally using the IP address then you can access it from an external source so long as your network configuration allows the connection. I recommend checking that your firewall rules and routing allow the remote connection.

Hi, Are you trying to access the Burp Suite Enterprise web console remotely or are you receiving the error as part of your Jenkins integration? If you are using our Jenkins plugin or trying to access the GraphQL API from Jenkins then you will most likely need to whitelist your Jenkin URL for CORS. This can be done on the Network page in Burp Suite Enterprise Edition. https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/configuring-infrastructure/whitelist-application-cors

Thank you for confirming. In this scenario, the issue is likely due to networking, but we would be happy to take a look at your logs and check if there are any errors. The Support Pack logs can be found on under the Help menu (help/support). A screenshot of your Network page and any errors you are receiving when connecting would also be useful (please include the IP addresses if possible). Can you please email them to support@portswigger.net?

Sorry, We hadn't noticed you had also emailed us yesterday as it was from a different email address. Troubleshooting over email will be much easier in this instance especially when logs and screenshots are required as they are not supported on the forum. Looking at your case with Alex, this still looks to be a networking issue, likely involving your VPN. This is normally outside of our support scope. Alex will be in touch by email shortly.

To ensure that the web service is running normally, if it is running normally, check whether the 80 port rule exists, and if the server operator has a security group policy, you also need to add the release 80 port. This is not a problem with your web-browser, but usually it means that there are problems at the client side, such as internet connection issues or an issue with the server where your web-site is hosted. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error, or similar, can occur not only with Google Chrome browser , but also, with other web browsers. Rebooting your modem or router generally solves this issue and then you can connect to the website. Try the following simple solutions in the order in which they are listed. Clear Browser Cache Check your Security programs Restart your router Disable Proxy Settings http://net-informations.com/q/mis/timedout.html
