No NTLM Challenge Received Error

Hi, I want to use my company proxy as upstream proxy for Burp. I filled the necessary values in user settings upstream proxy part. However, Burp can't stream the traffic due to "no ntlm challenge received" error. When I use the same information in the system settings, I am able to use the company proxy and connect to the internet without problem. So I'm sure that nothing wrong with the proxy user account. What should I do to solve the problem? Bests

Thanks for your message. Can you send some screenshots of the settings you have configured in Burp to support@portswigger.net, please? If you set the authentication type for your upstream proxy to 'None' do you see any errors? Do you need to set the proxy so you can access a specific host or do you need to use a proxy server for all access?

I have mailed a screenshot. I have no access to the proxy right now. So I cant try none case. I need to set the proxy to access the internet.
