No more activations allowed for this license.

Hello. I have activated my Burp Suite Professional license several times and one day I got the error "No more activation allowed for this license". Please let me know how to activate additional activations. Also, after activating and using the Burp Suite Professional license, when I use Burp Suite Professional again a few days later, the license is removed and it asks me to activate it. What is the cause?

Hi This has been sorted for you now. You should be able to activate Burp again.  Can you tell us more about your setup, please? Are you logging into the machine with the same user account each time? Is this a physical machine or a VM? What is the OS of the machine/VM you are using?

Hello. I was able to activate it successfully. Thank you very much. Also, the setup, first of all, log in with the same user account each time. Also, Burp is used on a physical machine (Windows). I have other PCs with the same configuration, but some PCs are disconnected from activation and others are not disconnected at all.

If you are seeing a repeated loss of license activation state (aside from, e.g., when doing a full OS upgrade), then check whether anything you have installed is reverting your Registry (on Windows) or home directory (on Linux / MacOS).
