No more activations allowed for this license

Hi there, I'm reaching out because I've run into a bit of a snag while trying to activate Burp Suite Pro on one of my computers today. When I attempted to activate it, I got the message "No more activations allowed for this license." Now, I was under the impression that a single license could be used on up to 5 devices. As far as I know, I haven't hit that limit yet. That said, it's possible I might have activated it on a virtual machine at some point and then deleted the VM without properly removing the license first. Here's where it gets a bit tricky, though. When I tried to troubleshoot by removing the license from another computer I have and then attempting to activate again, both computers gave me the same "No more activations allowed" message. I'm a bit stumped here and could really use some help sorting this out. Any insights or assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time!
