No exam available in Examity

Hello, I tried to start the BSCP this week-end and had to organize my week-end around this exam as it's 4 hours long. Turned out it's not working properly, after clicking on start the exam in Portswigger and being redirected to Examity, I can't start the exam as Examity says that "There are currently no exams available.". I've seen that on the forum that others faced the same issue. Is there a quick and easy solution to this ? Thank you

Hi Amine, This issue is a result of Examity requiring that each exam has an expiry date on their side - the exam attempt that you purchased in December 2021 was valid for one year from the date of purchase and this date has obviously now expired. I have now manually extended the expiry date of your exam until the 31st December so you should now be able to take the exam whenever you are ready to do so - hopefully this gives you enough time to take the exam?
