New Scan stuck at "Waiting for Agent"

Just installed the trial for Burp Suite enterprise and when trying to start a new scan on my web app, the status is always "Waiting for Agent". If I go the the Agents section, I see and error message saying "An unexpected error occurred. If this problem persists, please contact support@portswigger.net."

Do you have the agent installed on the same machine as your Enterprise server? Can you replicate the issue and share the latest log files via email? You can find these at /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Mac/Linux or C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows. Please send screenshots too.
