New Scan does not seem to ever finish

I am experiencing issue across internal and external sites. The scan seems to be stuck on the auditing phase showing a message stating "Auditing: Estimating time remaining..." I am on the latest version v2.1.03. . Anyone has any suggestions

Can you confirm that you are using Burp Suite Professional? Our most up-to-date version is v2020.1. Could you try updating to the latest version and seeing if you still have these issues?

Yes I am using Burp Suite Professional and version is 2.1.03 however I try to update this to 2020.1

You can download the latest version of Burp by logging in to your portswigger.net account You can also, whilst in Burp, go to "Help > Check for updates". Burp should automatically check for updates on startup.
