Network Protocol Error

Hello Team, We are doing assessment for one of our internal application. However, whenever we try to intercept the traffic through BurpSuite, application is inaccessible with error: Network Protocol Error. For other applications BurpSuite works fine. After raising concern with local IT Support team, it was been informed that after intercepting the traffic through BurpSuite, packets are not reachable on firewall. Without BurpSuite application working fine. Please do let us know what is cause and the possible solution for the error. TIA.

Thanks for your message. Can you email support@portswigger.net with a few more details about the application and some screenshots of what you see in Burp when you try to access the application? Are there any errors listed in the Event Log on Burp's Dashboard? Are you accessing the application using Burp's embedded browser?
