Need to deactivate key of Burpsuite and require new fresh key

Hello , We have some troubles with one Burp Suite license and user have reached out the limit number of activations for the license that was provided him. That license could not be unlocked by just uninstalling/removing. Kindly unlock that license and confirm us back.
