My trial license pops an error

Hi Team, I received a trial license but when trying to upload it pops out error "There was a problem checking your license". I don't have any proxy and in place and I am able to connect portswigger website via 443. Still I receive an error.

Hi I've provided you with an additional activation. Please be aware that once the new license activation has been applied to your new installation you will not be licensed to use the original installation.
