Moving licence to new device

Hi, We have a two user licence, I moved an install from one machine to another machine which worked ok, however now the machine that has the other of the two licences will not activate when i paste the code in, or point it to the licence file. so we had machine 1 and 2 with working licences. I installed burp on machine 3 and activated with the licence.. now only machine 3 is working, machine 1 will not activate and we're not using machine 2 anymore. Could you help please, reset the licences or allow me to activate the licence on machine 1 again? Thanks

Hi Gary, Are you able to send us an email at support@portswigger.net and include the first six characters from the license key that you are using (there is a 2-user license associated with your account but there are no failed activation events associated with it so I just want to be sure that I am looking at the same license that you are actually using)? Are you also able to include a screenshot of the error that you receive when you try and activate when you send us the email?
