Mobile App Testing query

One of our customer is looking for Mobile Application Security Testing (Not Source code review of App but VAPT of App post deployed on Mobile). They have inhouse develops almost 30+ Apps for Android and iPhone. They would like to do Application Security/Mobile Application VAPT post installation on mobile. They want to check how secure the application and it have open vulnerability Please suggest me links to describe this.. And i am recommending Burp Suite Pro for this scenario, Please suggest the same. Regards, Basu
