match and replace, case sensitive

I want to only get a match function A(b) but the rule is also matching on function a(B) How do I force case-sensitivity?

Thanks for your message, D. We don't think this is currently possible. Could you provide your use case for this feature?

I am rewriting some minified Javascript on the fly, and there exists both "function A(b)" and "function a(b)" in the code. Replacing them both breaks at least one. I sort of worked around this with regular expressions.

We would recommend continuing using the workaround for the time being. We've added your request to our development backlog to monitor for similar requests. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
