Mail address check problem

When I try to request free trial of Pro Version and type my actual email address correctly, it always shows an error "Please enter a valid business email address". It also didn't work with Gmail. It is really annoying, could you fix it?

Your Gmail address would not have been seen as a valid business email address I'm afraid. Can you email hello@portswigger.net with details of the other address you were using to try and request a free trial so we can check to see if it would have been seen as a valid business address, please?

Thanks for your message. A gmail address would not have been seen as a valid business email address. Do you have another email address that you use for your work?

I can't sign up for the trial version. I get a message "Please enter a valid business email address". I sent an email to hello@portswigger.net. Can I download in support/downloads ?

Hi, We only offer trials to users with non-webmail email addresses (i.e. not gmail, proton mail etc) - do you have a business or educational email address you can use to request a trial?

Hi, It would need to be an email address associated with a business or an educational facility. It is worth noting that you would require a Burp Professional license to actually take and pass the BSCP exam (we do not allow multiple trial requests per user).

Hi, If you request a trial using a different email address an account associated with that email address will be created (if this is an email address we would be happy to provide a trial to).
