logs directory to troubleshoot

in Burp enterprise, where the logs are written to degug the issues. I have lost connection to site and see all the services up and running but still locally or coming from outside able to make connection any suggestions

The logs can be found at C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Mac/Linux. It may be best if you raise a support ticket so that we can properly assist you in debugging any issues. You can reach us on support@portswigger.net.
