Loading configuration file on start doesn't

With version 1.7.03, using a temporary project or an existing project,then selecting a saved configuration file doesn't load the configuration setting from that file. Specifically the upstream and SOCKS proxy settings always follow the last-set values, rather than what's in the config files.However, once the main Burp window loads after"Start Burp" is clicked, the saved user config files can be loaded without issue.

The startup wizard only supports project settings, not user settings. If you configure your upstream and SOCKS proxy settings at the project level, and select to override the user-level options, then you'll be able to load those on a per-project basis from a configuration file.
