Licensing issue

Hello, I've installed the Burp suite and provided the license key, however I continue to receive the following error and then the program exits. The error is "No more license activations for this license" ... I know what the error means what I do no understand is the reason for it as this is a single install

Hi Thanks for getting in touch. For Burp Suite Professional the license is linked to the user account. Could you send an email to support@portswigger.net with some details on how often you see the message, the OS you are using, and details of the email address for the account that contains the license, so we can take a closer look, please?
