Licensing and number of activations

Hi guys, while requesting for Burp trial license , i gave the 'number of users' to be one. Does that mean burp can be installed only once ? Because i was able to install in 3 locations (different systems) and the 4th time activation of license upload said max number of installations reached. How does the licensing work? how many number of installations (along with number of license activations) can be done with one license request and single user? If i want multiple installations , how do i go about ?
