License management after device wipe

Hi, We recently bought 4x BurpSuite Pro license. We want to wipe the device after test and install clean install of OS and BurpSuite after periodically. Can you please help me understand what this means for us to manage the BurpSuite Pro license? Can we simply activate the license on the clean installation after wiping of the devices? Especially when the device can a different (VM/Laptop).

Hi Laura, Each Burp Professional license comes with a handful of activations that will allow users to install, activate and use Burp on more than one machine, by default. At least initially, you will be able to use these extra activations to work in accordance with the scenario that you have outlined (your users can simply reapply the license after they have reinstalled Burp on your clean machines to activate Burp). The issue that you will eventually hit is that the numbers of activations included on a license is finite and will eventually run out if you plan to use your suggested approach on a regular basis. Generally speaking, we are, however, happy to provide additional activations to users who have a genuine need for them (your suggested workflow sounds like something we would be happy to work with). The slight downside to this is that these activations can only be provided from our side so you would need to get in touch with us periodically in order to ask for them. Out of interest, do you have an idea at this stage of how often you would be looking to reinstall Burp within a given time period (if you do have an idea of usage then we can potentially pre-empt this so that you do not need to get in touch with, at least initially)?

Hi Thanks for quick reply and good to know that it is feasible to work with above mentioned scenario. Under extreme circumstances, this would be after every 1-2 weeks. Question: How do I get in touch with you when we need this? Is there an email address where I need to reach and request?
