License key wasn't accepted after reinstall

Hi team.. I installed Burp Enterprise on one server and it was working fine. I tried to scan our web application (with login and password) and Burp Log showed error "libatk-1.0.so.0" (same problem from post "Unable to start browser"). After updated lib chrome/burpbrowser, the administrator password stopped to work (I tried to use resetAdministratorPassword script without success). Then, I uninstalled and reinstall Burp Enterprise (same location.. same path.. same server). Now, I receive the below error - "There was a problem checking your license. Please download your license key from your account and try again. For help please visit the support center on our website." Please, it's possible to refresh license activation and cease the old actived installation?
