If I remove a burpsuite pro key from computer A and then use the same key in computer B, is this key still valid? Replacing the computer may face this problem.

How many times can a key be actived?

Hi, Each Burp Professional license comes with a handful of activations that allow our users to install and use Burp on more than one machine, by default. In your scenario, assuming that you still have activations available to you, then you should be able to install and activate Burp on computer B in the usual manner. If you are having issues with activating Burp then can you please send us an email at support@portswigger.net and include the first 6 characters from the license key that you are trying to use and we should be able to assist you further.
