License activation problem

We use only 6 licenses simultaneously. But we need to have burp installed on several teams of technical employees by the time we need to use them. The problem is that right now it tells us that the license has reached the maximum number of activations and we cannot work properly. I repeat, we only use burp in 6 devices simultaneously. Can you unlock the facilities? Many times the installations are done in virtual machines that are destroyed and disappear. Thank you.
