License activation is failing.

Hello, The assigned Burp license file to Onetrust organization is not working. Please look into and resolve the issue at the earliest. Regards, Sharan

Hi Sharan, If you log into your Portswigger user account you should now have been allocated your own license key. If you obtain this key and try and activate Burp with it, is this then successful?

Hello, Yes. The new license key worked. But we were not notified of the regeneration of the license key. Regards, Sharan

Hi Sharan, The account holder of the license key was notified on the 6th June that the 'master' key was going to be disabled as a result of the new license allocation system being used for multi-user licenses. To confirm, the account holder has invited users to join their team and each user has then subsequently received their own license key within their own Portswigger user account.
