License acquisition

Hello, I renewed a prof license this morning (french morning), 10 hours ago and opened a support issue 2 hours after that because I received no license or email after the paiement process. At this time, 12 hours after the acquisition, I still have no license and no e-mail, just an email from the support team requesting to me to confirm my email address.=, what I done of course. This suppoprt response was 9 hours ago. Since, there is absolutely nothing, no update, no response to my requests. Who can help here ? Is it the way that you consider your customer ?
