Licence key transfer

Hi team, Just wanted to know, if licence can be transferred from one user to the other user on different laptop in the event of first laptop being crashed? Eg. User A has Burp licensed version on his laptop and somehow laptop crashes and he cannot use his laptop until new one is procured, can user A transfer the already available license to user B on his laptop ? Sorry not clear, Does it mean user B can reuse the same license key of user A to get it reinstalled? Rds, Garry

If the license is a 2-user license, then yes. Alternatively, if it is a single-user license then only either user A or B can use it (not both at the same time).

Consider this scenario: User's laptop containing 'single user' license has crashed. Now, can the user reapply the same 'single user' license (purchase earlier) on a different system/laptop ? Rds, Garry

Hi Garry, Yes. That complies with the license agreement and we have some users with a single-user license who use Burp on multiple machines.
