Keep track of urls that have been operated upon by extension

Lets say i have 100 urls in my target tab and i ran my extension on all them (CTRL A => then run extension) after a while they become lets say 250 urls, i want a way to run my extension on the new 150 urls only and don't want it to operate on the first 100 urls, is this possible in burp suite ? i could implement it on my own like like lets say have a log file with the urls that have been operated on, if the new url is not in the log file then i would consider it new, but this is a lot of work to put into each extension , so can i do that from burp directly ?
