Issue with Collablorator

Below mentioned is the health check of my burp collaborator, I am using v2024.7.6. Initiating health check Server address resolution Success Server HTTP connection Error Server HTTPS connection (trust enforced) Warning Server HTTPS connection (trust not enforced) Warning Server SMTP connection on port 25 Success Server SMTP connection on port 587 Success Server SMTPS connection (trust enforced) Warning Server SMTPS connection (trust not enforced) Warning Polling server address resolution Success Polling server connection Success Verify DNS interaction Error Verify HTTP interaction Warning Verify HTTPS interaction Warning Verify SMTP interaction Error Verify SMTPS interaction Warning The settings for poll over unencrypted HTTP is checked as true. I get an error Web Page blocked, when visiting burpcollaborator.net These are the comments mentioned from health check: A TLS error occurred when connecting to the capture server domain using HTTPS. There may be a problem with the certificate. An SMTPS connection to the capture server at bydvczskpkzfzcw3gte2wu6k1b7ol75p9sy.oastify.com could not be opened. Communication using other protocols did work; possibly a firewall is preventing this connection. The HTTP response of the capture server was not as expected, perhaps this is not a collaborator server. We communicated with the collaborator, and appeared to successfully record events, however when we attempted to retrieve the interaction records the expected records weren't present. In the event log I am getting the following errors: 1727339884760 Info Scanner [2] The Collaborator server software is out of date. Some Burp features will not work properly with the configured Collaborator server. 1727339617284 Error Proxy [2] Communication error: d4ifd0cfmo3mfyfhmayxglrxxo3fr9fy.oastify.com 1727339617284 Error Proxy [2] Connection reset 1727339288453 Error Proxy No response received from remote server. 1727339197711 Info Scanner Successfully connected to the configured Collaborator server. 1727338636980 Error Scanner [23] The Burp Collaborator server used by the Burp Collaborator client is not reachable, change the settings to use this feature. 1727337688220 Error Scanner Failed to connect to the configured Collaborator server: polling.oastify.com. kindly guide me asap, I have to give my exam, ive bought the voucher!
