Issue with Burp suite License

We are unable to install the Burp suite in the laptop. Kindly help us to install asap. Thanks, Maya maya.shinde@globallogic.com

Hi Maya, You should now be able to install Burp on some more machines using your license key.

Hi Ben, Thanks for the response. Can we revoke the license from the backend, as we are unable to reach out to the installed laptop to revoke the license manually?

Hi, The way that current licensing works means that you cannot 'deactivate' a license once it has been activated and it will always count against the activation total stored against that particular license i.e. there is no way to remove the activation and return it to the pool of available activations. What we can do, and what I have done in this case, is to add more activations onto your license to allow you to install and activate Burp on more machines as if you had released the license on installations that you no longer require.
