Issue in Activating License

When activating my Burp Suite license, I've faced the error below: "The supplied license key was not recognized. Please try re-entering your license key" Please your support ASAP.

Please be advised for all of our multi-user Burp Suite Professional licenses, the account holder needs to invite all users to join their team, who will each then be assigned their own license key. I have had a look, and you do seem to be the account holder for the license. To allocate users, you would need to: -Log into the PortSwigger account -Click "subscriptions" -Click on "manage subscriptions" -Click on "manage users" -Invite your team members by adding the email addresses of each user. Each of you will then get your own new license key to use.
