Issue Accessing Examity

I recently updated the email associated with my Burp account, where I've already purchased an exam. However, when attempting to access Examity, I encountered an error stating "invalid user," despite having completed my profile on the platform. I've since realized that my previous email is still valid, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to it. Could you please advise me on how to proceed with my exam? Best regards, Adrian
