Hello everyone, I'm trying to add a new machine (scan machine) in my Burp Enterprise, however i get the message "Cannot connect to database" I already have others scan machines, but this one I'm trying to configure i can't A test was performed with telnet on the DB server port, and I was successful in the test Could help? Tks

Thanks for your message.

Please can you send an email to support@portswigger.net and include the below?
  • Support Pack ("?" help menu > Support Pack > Set date range to 10 days > Download)
  • From the new scanning machine, "enterpriseAgent.log". The default log location is "C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition" for Windows or "/var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition" for Linux.
  • The hardware specification of the scanning machine (CPU cores & GB RAM). To check the CPU cores, you can run "WMIC CPU Get NumberOfCores" on Windows or "lscpu | grep -E "^CPU\(s\):" | awk '{print $2}'" on Linux
  • The database type and version you are using for Burp Suite Enterprise
