Is it burp if so plz help.or if u know what it could be.

Hello . my name is Holly . and really I'm just looking for some type of answers on whats going on with my phone. I had a line previous to the one I have now and I all of a sudden was getting this beeping sound as if lije my phone was transmitting something. I turned it off took battery out even factory reset the phone.it still made the noise. And a ring would light up around my home button when it made the sound. Also a bunch of computer language im figuring on my screen for a second. I did get the screen shot. Needless to say I ditched that phone and got another one cuz one of my friends told me it was a system called burp that was getting my info I guess. Well the phine i have now. Star y ed doing it also but not as nearly as bad as was on orher phone. But the friend who told me what it was also said all a person needs is your phone number to it. So I'm wondering if its true. I'm trying to find out all that they r doing or getting from my phone. Is there a way I can find out who exactly of this want to b hacking. Group it is. Or do u think its a possibility the cops r doing it ? And is there way I can counter react and do the same if not worse to whoever is doing it to me. Oh and one last thing is that altho I haven't seen the computer talk mombo jombo letters and stuff on screen this time, my boyfriend did all me a couple times when he called it wasnt my number it showed as dialing. I believe he said it said a bunch of zeros. One time. Is their still danger if I dont hear the transmitting sound? Plz help me understand . Thank u. Merry xmas or happy holidays..... It doesn't sound like something Burp Suite would be responsible for. Good luck with your investigations.
