Intercept Queue

Jonny | Last updated: Jul 15, 2015 01:22PM UTC

Would it be possible to add a "Queue" to the Intercept tab. This would show the requests/responses queued to be intercepted and they would be removed from the queue after they are intercepted. On occasions where there are multiple requests waiting to be "Intercepted", it would be nice to be able to highlight, for example, the next five requests and allow them to pass without being intercepted so that you can get to the one you are interested in. I know you can configure intercept criteria, but when multiple AJAX calls are being sent from the one page it could be useful to skip those which you have already reviewed or are not interested in.

Thanks for this request, which would be a nice addition to the Proxy. We've got a pending feature request logged for this suggestion. I'm afraid we can't currently promise an ETA for delivering it, sorry.

I want to reup this request. Even just a button to drop all queued requests would be very helpful, as sometimes many duplicate retry requests pile up in the queue (usually when I step away from the computer). Presently the only way to get through them all is to A) turn off the intercept and let them all through to spam the server, B) click the drop button an endless number of times, or C) restart Burp entirely. I would also note that even if you don't want it as part of the core interface, you could add an InterceptQueue class to the MontoyaAPI and people could make custom extensions for it.

We have some changes coming very soon that I think you'll like ... Keep an eye out for our Early Adopter releases to get the first peek :)
