Inspector fails to properly encode and decode input

Hello, I've observed that inspector does not always reapply the correct encodings when adjusting a request value using inspector. I believe the cause of this is that some times, inspector will attempt to do a full URL Encode, as opposed to a URL Encode (Key Characters). Will support be added to automatically reapply URL encoding for key characters only?
