I have just installed Enterprise Edition, after resetting the administrator password - it says Login failed

I have just installed Enterprise Edition, after resetting the administrator password - it says Login failed i tried to reset the password more than 5 times Every time the password reset script is successful, but when i login it says login failed

Could you please email us (support@portswigger.net) with your web server, Enterprise server, and database log files? By default, these are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. There is a separate log file for each day, and the current day's log file does not contain a date.
