i got an Error while trying to use public Burp Collaborator Serve

hi all please i need help i got an Error while trying to use public Burp Collaborator Serve every thing is working fine but is seems like there is a problem in SMTP connection burp tell me this message : An SMTP connection to the capture server at bapieum1pa4mezlslrx70706ixoa2tmbqef.burpcollaborator.net port 25 could not be opened. Communication using other protocols did work; possibly a firewall is preventing this connection. so how to fix this issue ?

You are correct, something is blocking SMTP communication between your Burp and the Collaborator server. It is quite common that networks restrict this port due to spam. What matters is not whether your Burp can access SMTP, but whether the target application can. You could verify that using a tool like ncat to confirm connectivity. However, this is not a big deal, as DNS interactions are the most important type.
