I bought Burp pro but i'm not receiving the license key - +20hs now

Not receiving any update via email or in my portswigger account. I want to know what can be done because i want my license key now.

i bought it on friday and i still not receiving the license key. today is Sunday so +48 hours now and still no response or anything.... What's wrong with sending the license key automatically?
