I accidentally closed the "examify" tab.

Hi im now cert exam. I accidentally closed the "examify" tab. i cant reopen help me pls.

Pls help me. 45 minutes passed, I don't know who to reach.

Hi Fatih, You would only need to use Examity to confirm your identity at the start of the exam process (you are not currently required to proctor the entire exam) so the proctoring session ending is normal (I am not sure if what you have described was simply the proctoring session ending naturally or you closing the Examity part of the exam by accident). I note that you were able to continue with the exam but based on the fact that this is likely to have had an adverse impact on your exam attempt I have added a new exam attempt to your user account so that you can take the exam again whenever you wish to do so.
