HTTPS doesn't work on some websites while working on 99% of others, same issue noted by users over the past years.

Issue: Edge case when HTTPS just doesn't work on some particular websites while working on 99% of others. The issue only appears when using burp as a proxy. Just accessing the website normally with proxy turned off works. Burp doesn't throw any error but rather just hangs along with the browser, eventually timing out. One example website: https://www.tesco.com/ My setup: OS: Linux x86_64 Java: openjdk 16.0.2 Burp Version: 2021.8.2 profressional Browser: Issue persists across chromium, multiple variations of firefox (nightly, classic) What I tried: 1. Disabling security flags for chrome (https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/110453/some-specific-website-not-loading-when-proxy-through-burp) 2. Using Zap as an upstream proxy (https://labs.nettitude.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-burp-suite-ssltls-connection-problems/) 3. Disabling Java SNI extensions inside of Burp.

I have heard downgrading Java (to 11) and BurpSuite versions to the ones from 3 years ago might work but that option doesn't seem that appealing.
