HTTP/2 and gRPC support

Does BURP support gRPC calls over HTTP/2 only? I don’t see anything in my proxy history. V2020.5

Hi, Implementing support for HTTP/2 is on our 2020 development roadmap and we are currently working on it at the moment. We should have something to share in the next few months.

It's been a few months, is this available now?

Hi, Yes, you can switch on Burp's use of HTTP/2 under Project options -> HTTP -> HTTP/2 and enabling the "Enable HTTP/2 (Experimental)" checkbox.

Hi, HTTP/2 is enabled in burp suite, but the gRPC requests from Postman are not getting intercepted. What other settings needs to be enabled? Can someone guide on this.

Hi Sneha, Unfortunately, gRPC is not currently supported in Burp. We do have this as a roadmap candidate in our development board, and I have added your interest to this. There is an extension, but it is not available in the BApp store as it does require users to have other dependencies. Please be aware that this extension has not been reviewed by PortSwigger but is available below: https://github.com/nxenon/grpc-pentest-suite

Hi Ben, Thank you for quick update. Would be great if gRPC is supported by Burp. Will try other options till then. Thank you :)
