How to use a parameter in a macro derived from Intruder

I frequently fuzz a parameter in intruder with a big list, and then immediately wish to reuse this value again in a macro request. Say I was creating a post in intruder with 'post_title=%FUZZ%', then I might wish to immediately delete this post after logging the response value (where there's a storage limit for example and I can't simply submit delete POST requests for the whole list again). I thought I'd be able to use a parameter derived from an intruder request (to get the FUZZ value I just used) but I can't figure it out? Any help appreciated.
