How to transfer burp license

Dear support, I want to transfer my license to another device, but I get the following error during activation. Activation Failed no more activations allowed for this license What should I do? The license has been removed from the original device.

Hi Takahiro, You should now be able to activate Burp again using your license key.

Thanks for the reply. I've already tried that on a new device. But i got below error message. "Activation Failed no more activations allowed for this license"

Hi Takahiro, Are you able to email us at support@portswigger.net and include the first characters from the license key that you are trying to use? There are activations available on the license key within your user account (and an activation has been carried out today) but, if you are still receiving the 'no more activations' message it would be useful to confirm exactly which license key you are trying to use.
