How to relaunch the burp suite (community edition) after the restart of computer

I use windows os and I have installed burp suite and used and shutdown the system. When I restarted the system again the next though I have burp community edition file when I start enabling the temporary project and use it in the browser it is not running. I saw similar questions in this page and tried the solutions but nothing worked for me. I deleted the burp file and reinstalled but I could able to work till the restart, when I restarted the system same issue occured. I am new to burp and I don't how to solve this.
