how to fix error java.lang.NullPointerException

i had burp suite installed on windows server 2019 and everything worked smoothly until i tried to configure the certificate wen i try to download it from http://127.0.0.1:8080/ i see that it has zero bites i tried to run the same version burp on vmware with the same version of java 9 and it worked smoothly without that problem i returned to my windows server 2019 and i tried to search for an answer and When i tried to export the certificate manually I got this Issue java. lang.NullPointerException so i said it could be the problem but again it could be not the problem

oh, i forget to say i only tried on windows 10 in vmware

no need to help i have found the problem a fix it by installing windows admin center on windows server 2019
