How much time would it take for a normal website?

Hi, I am scanning a wordpress website and was wondering how much time it is taking. The reason why i ask is it takes forever ( maybe that is normal ) and always at a certain point it will give e error and says abandoned to many errors. So how much time would be normal and what to do about to many abandoned erros?

Thanks for your message. Burp gives up on an insertion point if it receives a number of connection failures or timeouts in a row for that insertion point. This was intended to deal with WAFs etc. that spot unexpected input in a parameter and just stop processing the request without dropping the TCP connection. If the same thing happens for a number of insertion points in a row, then the whole scan item is abandoned. Are you seeing any other alerts? Additionally, you could try installing the Logger++ extension from the BApp store and investigating which requests are slowing things down: - https://portswigger.net/bappstore/470b7057b86f41c396a97903377f3d81
