How do I turn off extension auto-highlighting?

Roan | Last updated: Sep 19, 2024 03:15AM UTC

this might be a very dumb question, but when using an extension which performs auto highlighting in the proxy tab, how can i turn that off? for example - JWT Editor, an otherwise wonderful piece of software, highlights every request which contains a JWT (i.e., all of them) in a vibrant green in the proxy tab. i can select these requests and remove the highlight from them, but any new request is highlighted as well. is there a way to turn this off? it is triggering my light sensitivity something fierce :)

Hi The extension author configures this behavior, so they will need to have included the option to change this behavior. In the case of JWT Editor, there is an option in the JWT Editor tab, under "Config", to enable/disable highlighting of request/responses/WebSocket messages that contain JWTs.
