How do I log in to examity?

I follow the link they emailed me, set a password which redirected to https://on.examity.com/V5/401 "401 - Page access denied" I follow the link to my profile, same redirect!. Their support isn't much use. are you using chrome? disabled your popup blocker? are you on GMT? yes to all... no reply. wtf! anyone else know how I'm supposed to set this up?

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you email support@portswigger.net with a few more details of your setup so we can take a look at this with you, please? What OS are you using? Are you using a VM? If so, what virtualization software are you using, and what OS are you using inside the VM?

I recently had similar trouble - I couldn’t find my registration email from Examity. Emailed their support, asked me to contact PortSwigger support. They also couldn’t help, but suggested to just reset my password on Examity website (https://on.examity.com/V5/x/2001). I know it’s a little bit out of subject here, but hope it’ll save somebody a few emails :)
