How do I get the browser-powered scanning working?

Arthur | Last updated: Nov 04, 2021 12:20AM UTC

Hello, I'm getting this generic error: "The scan is configured to use recorded login sequences. This requires browser-powered scanning, which your hardware does not support. Please see the system requirements for details." I need the recorded login functionality due to login complexity. The VM Burp Enterprise is running on has a single agent and follows the requirements specified in https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/infrastructure/system-requirements for "System requirements for single-machine deployment": 30GB of free space, 24GB of RAM, and 8 CPU cores. Additionally, I have followed the steps for RHEL here: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/working/scans/browser-powered and got the successful message of "Devtools is listening on..." when running chrome headless. Spec: OS: RHEL 7.9 Burp: Enterprise version 2021.8.1, build 7685, scanner version 2021.9.1 DB: postgres 10.17 Java: 11.0.10 How can we better troubleshoot this?
